Same Day Delivery - São Paulo Regions

We offer same-day delivery to customers in various zip codes within the city of São Paulo and the surrounding area. If your purchase is approved by 9:00 AM on weekdays , you'll see this option available at checkout.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery time varies depending on the chosen method and the destination address.

• The deadline starts counting from the business day following payment approval .

• We send email updates whenever your order status changes. You can also track everything through your account on the website.

 

General Delivery Conditions

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm , except holidays.

• We do not schedule appointments , so there must be someone on site to receive the order.

• The following are authorized to receive the request: family members, doormen, receptionists or any adult responsible person , upon signature.

• For security reasons, we do not provide the name of the carrier that will make the delivery .

 

Exchanges and Returns – Agility and Respect for the Customer

At Redelease, your satisfaction comes first. Our Exchange and Return Policy follows the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code , with clear and efficient processes.

When you can request an exchange:

• Product different from the one purchased

• Defective or damaged product

• Exchanged or different product

• Product does not match the website description

Conditions and Procedures

You have up to 10 calendar days after receipt to request an exchange, and up to 7 calendar days to request a return due to regret.

Exchanges can be made in two ways:

• Correios (with free shipping on the first exchange) – Just contact our customer service and follow the instructions we will send by email.

• Discount coupon – Receive a coupon for the purchase amount , valid for up to 30 calendar days , exclusive for use in the online store and linked to your CPF.

 

Refunds

If you choose to return it, we will:

• Refund via bank slip or PIX

• Credit card refund , according to the operator's deadlines

 

Pay Attention to Deadlines

• Exchanges : up to 10 calendar days after receipt

• Returns due to regret : up to 7 calendar days after receipt

• Discount coupon validity : up to 30 calendar days after issuance

Important: for the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must have the original label intact , without signs of use and in the original packaging .

Yes! The first exchange through the Post Office or a partner carrier is completely free . Our goal is for you to shop safely and without fear.
